Clock made of upcycled materials: 20+ years old bicycle wheel and tire, can of beer, margarine plastic bowl, clock mechanism, black paint and velcro.

Front view. The black part is a margarine plastic bowl cover that I painted in black with chalkboard paint that I had laying around.

Side view. I removed the wheel bearing and applied velcro to the wheel and to the clock mechanism to be able to change the clock batteries.

In black: margarine bowl cover. I made a hole in the middle of the cover and mounted the clock mechanism on it. I had to flip the clock arms to show the arms silver side instead of the usual black side. Metallic side: can of beer. I removed the beer can’s label then cut the can in slices. I added those to hide the clock battery pack.
